"Very disappointing experience at Uppal Motors, Sector 8 B5 (Hero Authorized Service Center). This was the first service of my Hero Splendor+ (UP14 GZ 9902), and during servicing, the original factory-fitted bike sticker/graphic was removed without my knowledge or consent. This shows complete negligence and poor handling of the vehicle. No customer expects their bike to be altered or damaged—especially during the first service. The overall handling of the bike was unprofessional and careless. I expect: Immediate replacement of the original sticker at no cost Better accountability and trained staff Improved service quality I strongly advise customers to be cautious and clearly instruct staff before servicing."

"I recently gave my bike for service, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The staff there has a habit of labeling almost everything as faulty just to inflate the bill. They don’t even have a proper wiring mechanic — they removed the wiring for my hazard lights and couldn’t reinstall it afterward. It feels like they’re just looting customers in the name of job cards. Even the basic washing of the bike wasn’t done properly. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend their service to anyone."

"I keep having to visit the showroom and the service center every other day, and I have to leave my Vida there for a day or two. The problem is that it shuts down on its own while running and shows some kind of "safe mode" message. When I reported this at the showroom and service center, they said it just needs a software update. But even after updating the software multiple times, the same issue keeps happening after a couple of days. So what I mean is, either have it picked up from here, which I had actually called the showroom manager about. But for the last three or four days, they've been saying they don't have anyone available to come and pick it up. I can’t bring the vehicle in myself because it breaks down in the middle of the road, and if it suddenly stops and someone hits me from behind, who’s going to take responsibility for that?"

"I had written my issue earlier in job card . but they did not check it properly and said that everything was fixed. I had to visit the service center again, and then they corrected it. Very bad servicing to charges to much randomly"
